Gilmore's Glorious Spice and Tea Mercantile started as a love for food, but grew into a love for community. 

Sam Gilmore, founder and owner of GGSTM, has a background in education and working with families low-income families. She's also lived in multiple states in the western United States, and with that she has brought experience of different cultures and cuisines that she now wishes to share with all of North Dakota. Her hopes for starting this business is that people from all backgrounds have a safe place where they can learn about and explore different kinds of spices and teas, as well as experience the joys of being brave with flavor without having to break the bank.

Note: As of right now, Gilmore's Glorious Spice and Tea Mercantile is only permitted to resale pre-packaged goods, but as we grow and can one day afford a storefront, then we will be able to offer products in bulk and customers will be able to purchase only as much as they need in order to keep to the business sustainable and accessible.
